I was christened at the church back in 1968. My grandparents are buried with the church grounds so the church means are lot to my family and I.  The church is set in the most lovely places.

Perhaps you will visit us one day - and you will be made very welcome.      Webmaster

Hello again,
I signed your Guest Book in February 2007, and said that I would like to visit All Saints Church, well I am going to be in the vicinity next week 20th-23rd March and I was wondering if it would be possible to see inside your beautiful church and maybe look around your grave yard. And of course visit the pub across the road, I hear that it serves wonderful food.
Kind regards
Anne Kay
PS:  If anyone knows of the Stringer's Basnett's Crimes's, originally from the Daresbury area, would love to hear from you. Thank you

Thank you for an informative and beautiful website.
My GGGG grandparents were married in All Saints Church, Daresbury in 1812. Of course, most of the church has been re-built since then, but they would have seen the tower. They were John Knowles & Sarah Touchet (daughter of Thomas & Sarah, nee Clayton). All my ancestors from that time to the present day are Warrington born and bred.

I am admin for Rootsweb, Warrington mail-list. If anyone is interested in their Warrington roots, please do join in, and subscribe. The people on the list are friendly and helpful.

I am searching for my family tree and have discovered that one of my ancestors was born July 1st 1739 in All Saints Daresbury.
Martha Caldwell  I believe that most of my ancestors are from around the area.
So nice to look at your website.
Maybe one day I will visit All Saints it in person.
Kind regards

To whom it may concern.

I am writing from Christchurch New Zealand to tell you how much my husband and I enjoyed the Christmas
Service on Christmas Eve televised by Television New Zealand.  We particularly enjoyed the soloists and the readings.
Thank you very much for a lovely Service.

We visited the Daresbury Church March 2006 ... where my family originated 150yrs ago to visit my great great grandfathers grave and could not have been more welcomed and helped by the gentlemen from the vicarage office and the hospitality of the people in the local area ...we walked the canal road where my grandfather walked to work 150yrs ago ...sat in the church were my great uncles and grandfather where christened and a more beautiful friendly community in England we could not find.... the church itself is a great tribute to those who overseer its upkeep and restoration ....it was truely the highlight of our trip from Australia and look forward to returning soon to capture more photos of the Church and local area but it was the local people that etched our memories forever (travellers NB: The Ring o' Bells pub across the road fantastic grub and atmosphere)
Cheers from Down Under Lee and Marie Stringfellow

I did NOT see in a quick look see any mention of the Mission Bell dated 1772 which is on loan to The Boat museum. Do we know how the clergy of the day.. from your church.. took to preaching to the navvies on the Mission boat?. I am sure a Colleague of yours David Long would also appreciate any knowledge on this aspect. Yours Stan Armstrong

I have several ancestors buried at Daresbury Church. Is anyone willing to take photographs of headstones and e-mail them to me? Thank you - I live in California and have not been back to England since the early 1970s. My mother was born in Warrington and moved to the U.S. in 1949. Some of my ancestors were Frederick and Alice (Penlington) Pollard (great-grandparents); Leonard and Gwladys (Gerrard) Pollard (grandparents). My grandfather, Leonard sang in the choir and was a bell-ringer at Daresbury Church.
