Please find below a photo of Irene Rutter from Daresbury Church and her two sons at the TMP Tourism Award at St. George's Hall Liverpool on Friday night. Irene, who is the winner of the Halton area, had been short listed in the category
Outstanding Customer Service She was up against 5 very strong competitors from the other areas of Knowsley, Liverpool, Southport, St. Helens and Wirral and unfortunately lost out to Lynn Taylor from Lady Lever Art Gallery. However in our eyes, Irene is still a winner. We are very proud to have somebody like Irene who has worked tirelessly for over 20 years to raise the profile of Daresbury Church and Halton. We are sure that we have more unsung heroes like Irene working in Halton who deserve to be recognised in the future. May I use this opportunity to encourage you to nominate members of your staff who you feel are delivering Outstanding Customer Service.
