Your Right to Cancel

 

  1. Prior to Despatch

You may cancel an order or item at any time before we receive confirmation from the supplier that the item is in stock and is ready for despatch.  In some cases this can take as little as 15 minutes!

To cancel all items in an order,

  1. After Delivery

You cannot cancel your order once we have dispatched it

  1. Returns Policy for Faulty Goods

If the goods you purchase are faulty we will offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.

If the goods returned are faulty and you do not want the goods to be replaced, we will refund all monies paid by you for the goods, including delivery costs.

Please follow the instructions on your delivery note to return an item for a refund

 

  1. Packaging

Please package all returned goods carefully and remember to include the original packaging.

  1. Method of Returning Goods

For goods that are delivered via the Royal Mail service please return goods to the address specified on your delivery note. We recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting for your records.

If returning via your local courier, please ensure you obtain a receipt from the courier.

For goods that are NOT delivered via Royal Mail or local courier, please contact our Customer Services team to arrange for a collection.

We will not accept any liability for damage or loss caused by the carrier whilst goods are in return transit unless we have arranged collection.

You must not return goods using "return to sender" as we are not able to guarantee how long it will take or whether the goods will reach us from the post office using this method.

When returning goods please clarify the reason for return on the delivery note and whether a refund or replacement is requested. Please ensure the delivery note is packed with the items to be returned.
